Acovest.org (CIG) purchased Storage Depot of Farmville on March 26, 2021, for $5,170,000. Storage Depot of Farmville was a 650-unit, 92,170 SF self-storage portfolio with four locations in Farmville, VA.

By executing a select value-add investment strategy, CIG was able to increase rents and net operating income to ultimately achieve a very favorable disposition capital event. CIG sold the portfolio on May 22, 2023.
