We have a three step approach in our investment strategy. We first identify value-add opportunities with the emphasis on purchasing under-performing real estate assets below replacement cost. We then maximize the properties’ values while improving physical appearance and improving operational efficiency while growing Net Operating Income (NOI). We lastly identify a timely disposition with a strong net IRR to our investors.
